  • Cook the noodles.
  • Cut peppers into strips and cut the spring onions into pieces.
  • Mince the garlic and grate fresh ginger.
  • Cook the peppers, snow peas and onions with minced garlic and ginger in oil for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the noodles, mix together and let everything heat through. Take the wok off the heat, flip the shrimp and serve the court immediately with sweet chilli sauce.
