Wok with Norwegian prawns

Peeled Norwegian prawns are quick to add to loads of dishes, making them the perfect ingredient for any wok recipe! A delicious, healthy and easy supper - doesn't get any better than that.

  • Make the sauce by mixing together all of the sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Boil the noodles according to the instructions on the packet and place them in another bowl. Pour over a little of the sauce to let them take on the flavour and save the rest.
  • Toast the chopped cashew nuts and sesame seeds in a dry frying pan and set aside.
  • Chop the vegetables and wok-fry them in oil together with a crushed clove of garlic.
  • Add the prawns towards the end and then add the rest of the sauce.
  • Divide the noodles on plates and place the vegetables and prawns on top.
  • Garnish with the nuts, sesame seeds and fresh coriander.
