- Cut the saithe in smaller pieces and run in a food processor with salt.
- Run the machine for a couple of seconds until mixed and add a little milk at the time. Add potato flour in the end.
- Finely chop onion and chives and add to the farse with pepper.
- Try making a little burger to taste if it is seasoned enough.
- Make burgers and fry in margarine until cooked through.
- Serve the fish burger in two slices of bread with salad, tomato, gherkin and a dressing of your choice.
Chef's tip: You can't use fish that has been frozen for this recipe.
