Pan-Fried Norwegian Salmon with Mashed Potatoes

The whole family will enjoy this easy, everyday dish with Norwegian salmon and mashed potatoes. It is quick and easy to make and can be prepared with your favourite fish and vegetables.

  • Cut the salmon into portions and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Pan-fry in oil for approx. 3 minutes on each side.

Mashed potatoes

  • Peel the potatoes, cut into dices and cook in unsalted water until tender.
  • Drain well, mash and add milk until the consistency is like porridge.
  • Add butter and flavour with salt and pepper.

Serve pan-fried salmon with mashed potatoes and steamed broccoli.
