Norwegian Salmon with Chinese style rice salad

  • Slice the Norwegian salmon in 1cm slices.
  • Open the green onion lengthwise to remove the core, and julienne it. Briefly soak it in water and drain well.
  • Tear the salad leaves into bite sized pieces.
  • Roughly chop the mixed nuts.
  • In a bowl, grate the garlic, add a little soy sauce, two pinches of salt and 1 tablespoon of toasted sesame oil, blend well, and add the salmon.
  • Add the julienned green onion and salad leaves, and toss quickly.
  • Serve the rice on the plate, top it with the salmon and sprinkle it with the mixed nuts.
